Namaste!

I am Nesara Pradeep Kumar, your Indian yoga teacher in Germany!

Born and raised in Mysore, South India. I moved to Germany for my masters a few years ago. I am an engineer and a yoga teacher in Germany. I am specialised in,

I am an internationally certified yoga teacher and I love hosting yoga retreats all over the world. Overall, I have 15 years of yoga experience and my classes are conducted in English. I take pride in teaching original Indian yoga and my teaching style is "yoga therapy" which focuses on using yogic practices as treatment to improve overall health. I personally take the time to get to know my students, understand their needs and build a strong reliable yoga community.

HOW TO JOIN THE ONLINE YOGA SESSION?

Step 1: Send me a quick email with your name and the session you want to join. Soon after you will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link and basic instructions.
Step 2: You need to find a quiet place/room with a good internet connection. And of course, you will be needing a yoga mat.
Step 3: Check if your laptop/tablet front camera and audio are working. Adjust your camera and laptop screen in such a way that I can see you, head-toe, and your entire yoga mat when you are standing. Adjust your screen so that there is no glare and you can perfectly see me.
Step 4: Use the Zoom link that you will receive in your confirmation email. You just need to click on the link to join the class. (Tip: It is easier if you already have a Zoom account). The link works on Apple, Windows and Android gadgets. Easy!

Als älteste Teilnehmerin des Yoga-Retreats im Februar 2025 bin ich Nes und ihrer Familie so dankbar für diese Gelegenheit, einen kleinen Teil Indiens kennenzulernen.
Das Essen war gesund und lecker, die Leute waren freundlich, immer lächelnd, der Mysore-Palast war abends mit seinen Lichtern atemberaubend und tagsüber war die Bootsfahrt im Coracle-Boot lustig, der Aufstieg zum Chamundi Hill war anstrengend, die Tiere (Vögel, Krokodile, Elefanten) und Pflanzen (Palmen, Papaya, Jackfrucht, Sandelholzbaum) waren beeindruckend, das Einkaufen war aufregend und günstig.
Neben den zahlreichen Aktivitäten genoss ich auch die ruhigen Zeiten bei Sonnenauf- und -untergang am Fluss und die Abende bei Vollmond.
Ich kann den nächsten Yoga-Retreat von Nes wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist die ideale Reise, um Land, Leute und Kultur in einem geschützten Rahmen kennenzulernen, mit einem ausgewogenen Wechsel zwischen Action, Yoga und Entspannung.
